       Today ,Sinda Thermal production team finished and shipped out the 50pcs customized aluminum crimp fin heatsink , this heatsink is used on out door high power LED applications.The material is aluminum alloy, and using plug-in fin process to finish the heatsink production. 

    Crimped fin heat sink is manufactured by bonding the copper or aluminum fins into the matel base(usually copper or aluminum) with slots, This heat sink type can provide a high thermal performance as the fin density and height can be produced highly, the base is usually extruded or machined, if the heat sink is applied in high power application, some heat pipes or vapor chamber can be embeded into the base to improve the thermal transferring ability.
