Keramik heatsink

     There are actually many kinds of ceramic substrates in special ceramics, including ceramic substrates for chip resistors, ceramic substrates for thick film hybrid integrated circuits, ceramic substrates for LEDs, etc.

     Normal metal heatsink can dissipate the fluid below 800 degrees, and the metal heatsink can not dissipate the corrosive fluid, so it can not achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. The ceramic heatsink has many advantages, such as:   

     1.  Can work under High temperature and corrosion , so ceramic heatsink can be used in all kinds of high temperature and high corrosion fluids for heat dissipation, with good heat dissipation effect.  

     2.  In the same case, the service life of ceramic heatsink is several times or dozens of times that of metal radiator.  

     3.  High thermal conductivity and high insulation. This thermal conductive material will be used in general high-power equipment.  

     4.  Small size, light weight, high strength and space saving.

     2.  LED lighting, high-frequency welding machine, power amplifier / audio, power transistor, power module, chip IC, inverter, network / broadband, UPS power supply, high-power equipment, etc
