The 2pcs Aluminum Liquid Cold Plate in Under Machining Process

     Today，we are working on the machining process for the 2pcs customized aluminum liquid cold plate samples . This order was released from US customer 2 weeks ago , we still need about another 3 days for the reliability test and final packing .    The cooling process of liquid cooling is similar to the air cooling, it starts with a pedestal to contact the heat source of devices with a layer of thermal interface material which can reduce the thermal resistance between the two surfaces. The contact baseplate transfers the heat from heater to the coolant, then it flows through the tube to a radiator and remove the heat away to cool down, then the coolant flows back to the waterblock and recycle the process again.
