200pcs Aluminum LED Die Casting Heatsink Shipped Out

    Today , we finished and shipped the 200pcs  aluminum die casting heatsink for LED applications, this heatsink is for LED lump shell heat dissipation. We received this order from Poland customer 2 weeks ago, and this hetsink is mass production part , we have raw material on hand, so the product lead time is shortento 2 weeks. 

     The shell and heatsink are designed as a whole to solve the heating problem of LED. This method is better. Generally, aluminum or aluminum alloy, copper or copper alloy and other alloys with good heat conduction are selected. Heat dissipation includes air convection cooling, strong wind cooling cooling and heat pipe cooling. The choice of thermal cooling method has a direct impact on the cost of lamps. It should be comprehensively considered and the best scheme should be selected together with the designed products.
