Today, Sinda Thermal finished and shipped out the 20 pcs coppr vapor chamber soldering heatsink sample to Singapore customer. This heatsink contains a copper vapor chamber, an aluminum stamping zipper fin, 6pcs copper heatpipe, these components are assembled together by reflow soldering process.
Vapor Chambers, which work familiar with heatpipe principles, offer improved spreading efficiency, higher thermal conductivity, and reduced weight for CPUs, GPUS, and high performance telecom device.
