      Skiving fin heat sink is known for its high density and pitch/height ratio in thermal industry.Skiving process is using a cutting tool to bend the fin by the certain pitch which can produce the very thin and high density fins, so the skiving fin heat sink has more surface area to transfer more heat; And as there is no interface between fin and base, the thermal conductivity efficiency is also improved.
